Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior training materials developer to build SMPES – Recap training materials and courseware for the formal program, including operational training aids and video-based training for deployment.

You will participate in development, provide operational expertise during initial capability development and post‑production, and train user organizations through demonstrations, ROC, and ad hoc events. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD background are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and produces SMPES – Recap training materials and courseware for incorporation into the SMPES formal training program(s), including operational training aids and video-based training.
• Attends meetings with SMPES – Recap developers to provide operational expertise during initial capability development and post‑production phases of SMPES – Recap system implementation, including Discrepancy Reviews (DRs) and cross‑talk regularly scheduled meetings.
• Provides operational system training to all SMPES – Recap user organizations, including operational demonstrations, Recap Orientation Course (ROC), ad hoc training events, exercise, and OT&E.
• Assists LDTO as required to ensure SMPES – Recap testing integration success.
• Provides operational expertise during the development of test plans for all SMPES – Recap test and training events, including exercises, Test, and OT&E events.
• Authors and executes test plans for SMPES and NPES Recap; test cases, test reports, test repository, status.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Years of Experience: 12 or more years of relevant experience, to include 5 years of DoD experience
