Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with electrical and diagnostic tools, and experience troubleshooting hardware/software integration issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset, with flexibility to travel, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

  • Plan, execute, and supervise testing and commissioning of onboard systems on rail vehicles, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and performance standards.
  • Support validation and integration testing of signaling, control, communications, and onboard subsystems.
  • Troubleshoot system integration issues, collaborating with design and development teams to resolve root causes.
  • Document results, track nonconformities, propose corrective actions, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
  • Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all testing and commissioning activities.
