Test Analyst – Web Testing and Automation

We are seeking a Test Analyst for web testing and automation in Aguadilla, PR. This full–time role focuses on functional testing, automation development, and client liaison activities.

Role

• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and web services applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify test coverage and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Provide test planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Engage with clients for future work and resource planning.

Qualifications – Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in information technology.

Qualifications – Preferred

• Minimum 3 years of core healthcare domain expertise (HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, compliance, HIPAA, HealthCare Exchange).
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with web application and .NET batch application testing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in Java/Selenium, QTP, or RFT automation frameworks.
• Experience developing automation for web, mobile (hybrid and native), and web services/APIs.
• Strong functional testing, analysis, reporting skills and knowledge of software testing life‑cycle methodologies such as waterfall and Agile.
• Analytical and communication skills with a global delivery mindset.
