Test Analyst – Healthcare Functional Testing (Weekend Drive)

Qualifications – Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. One year of relevant work experience may substitute for one year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Qualifications – Preferred

• At least 4+ years of QA experience in the Health Care domain.
• Minimum 3 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within the testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with web application and .Net batch application testing.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
• Exposure to US healthcare requirements such as HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, compliance, HIPAA, and HealthCare Exchange (HIX).
• Proficient in automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and training team members (QTP, RFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Java).
• Expertise in functional testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of software testing life cycle methodologies (waterfall, Agile delivery).
• Experience with testing estimation models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities.
• QNXT application knowledge.
• Experience with IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM), IBM Clear Quest (CQ), and IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
• Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM or IBM RQM and defect management processes.
• Understanding of at least one estimation methodology and quality processes.
• Strong technical skills, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work in a global delivery environment.
