Job summary

You will analyze requirements, craft test steps, and generate test cases in line with IEEE/EIA 12207 practices, while documenting Test Plans, TRRs, and Test Reports.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of C4ISR/C2 experience, systems engineering training, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of professional experience solving C4ISR or C2 technical problems.
• Trained in systems engineering and software design/maintenance for DoD systems.
• Practical understanding of engineering concepts.
• Ensure quality and safety standards for C4ISR/C2 solutions.
• Experience testing equipment to verify safe and effective operation.
• Motivated self-starter with teamwork mindset.
• Active Top Secret clearance required on start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with functional requirements-based testing and integration testing.
• Analyze requirements, prepare test steps and test cases per IEEE/EIA 12207.
• Support documentation such as Test Readiness Reviews, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
• Report and track software defects resulting from formal testing.
