Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford is hiring a Tesla Technician to repair and maintain vehicles per factory standards, building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and quality service.

Qualifications

• Tesla Technician experience required.
• ASE certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs clearly to customers.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and training.
• Keep an organized, safe work area.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextTesla Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located atNapleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford, theTesla Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Telsa Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
