Job Summary |
The Data Analyst will assist the Biggio Center for Teaching and Learning with all aspects of data management and analytical support by providing all information about academic programs.
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various types of academic and financial data to help the Biggio Center for Teaching and Learning to make informed decisions. This includes performance data, various trends, academic and administrative effectiveness, and other related information. The data analyst will use statistical tools and methods to identify patterns, make predictions and provide insights that can influence academic policies and practices.

Essential Functions |
1. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of data analysis tools and methods.
2. The analyst will often collaborate with the Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning leadership and Academic Program Administrators and other stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into the decision-making process.
3. Compiles, retrieves, and analyzes data and information to support both academic and administrative projects.
4. Conducts analytical studies to support the planning and evaluation of programs and projects including but not limited to, project management, financial activity, and program evaluation.
5. Supports evidence-based decision making and analysis of campus programs and external stakeholders through a range of responsibilities to include but not limited to questionnaire design, online surveys, survey administration, data processing, basic and complex data analysis, report writing, and frequent presentation of findings.
6. Monitors and assures the quality of data related to the Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning.
7. Managing and creating PowerBI Dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
