Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in sales.
• Outgoing with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandise displays and product placement.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within territory to 2–5 stores per day.
