Job summary

Riesterer & Schnell, Wisconsin’s premiere John Deere dealership, is seeking a sales professional to manage accounts across a defined territory. You will identify customer needs, advise on equipment solutions, and develop relationships with residential, commercial, governmental clients and small ag equipment buyers.

This role emphasizes proactive service, demonstrations, CRM documentation, and collaboration with the showroom team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in sales related field.
• Three or more years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within a defined territory and customer base.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify business needs.
• Present solutions and close sales for residential, commercial, governmental, and small ag equipment.
• Document significant customer contacts in the CRM system.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain showroom and yard displays and ensure safe, clean conditions.
