Kerry Groupis seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As aTerritory Service Technician,you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional support for Kerry-owned equipment, including the Island Oasis beverage mixer. Reporting to the Senior Equipment Field Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of shavers, blenders, and refrigerated equipment at customer sites and/or your base location.

Tools Provided for Territory Service Technicians:

  • Fully Equipped Service Van: Includes all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Paid Training: Two weeks of training at our state-of-the-art Florida technical center.
  • Travel Expenses Covered: Company card provided for all travel-related expenses.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical/Trade School training in refrigerated equipment is preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years in a related field such as appliance repair, refrigeration, AC, or plumbing. Refrigerated equipment training/experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Customer Relations: Excellent skills in customer relations with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

The typical hiring range for this role is $25 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
