Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. You will promote products, build relationships with retail dealers, and provide dealers with product data and agronomic support.

The role emphasizes developing a strong dealer prospect list and regular on-site visits across multiple counties to meet growth targets. The position offers a base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Stine Seed Company to increase sales and brand awareness with retail dealer locations in the assigned territory.
• Provide dealers with updated product data, agronomics, and company promotional material.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine Seed and treatment products.
• Develop a list of key retail dealer prospects and recruitment plan.
• Communicate with the Director of Retail Development on the performance of the key retail accounts.
• Visit key retail locations and perform at least twenty on-site retail dealer visits per week.
