Job summary

Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive light to medium-duty truck rental sales across a defined territory. You will travel extensively within West Texas to pursue targets and grow the PTR fleet footprint.

Success requires strong communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building with clients in construction, oil & gas, electrical, wind, solar, and telecom sectors. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in associate territory or related roles.
• Ability to convert prospects into closed sales via a sales strategy.
• Strong sales reporting, technical aptitude, and analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across business units.
• Self-motivated with initiative and solution focus.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• High energy, fast-paced professional with integrity.
• Strong PC skills and early adoption of technology.
• Excellent organization, presentation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for the territory.
• Acquire new accounts, expand current accounts, and build referrals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of PTR product lines and options.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies to hit goals.
• Perform on-site product demonstrations for clients.
• Document sales activity in Salesforce and prepare reports.
• Provide ongoing client support and consultations.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and sales teams.
• Travel 50% within the territory, including overnights and some weekends.
• Represent PTR at tradeshows, meetings, and events.
• Develop presentations using Microsoft Office and respond promptly.
