Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks across a defined Texas territory. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, expanding current accounts, and traveling heavily to meet clients and close deals.

The position requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a proactive, ethical sales approach to serve industries such as construction, oil & gas, electrical, wind, solar, and telecom.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in associate/territory roles or similar.
• Ability to convert prospects into closed sales using a strategy-driven approach.
• Strong sales reporting, technical aptitude, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization, presentation, communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
• Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate PTR products and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate benefits and options.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory, including overnight stays.
