Job summary

Responsibilities:
  1. Work out of home office, with routine visits to Vileda Professional US HQ in Aurora, Illinois. Home office preferred in Chicagoland or within Illinois/NW Indiana/SE Wisconsin.
  2. Develop the commercialization strategy for launching new training services in the US; represent the US/CE business in the global training services group; collaborate with US CE territory managers to identify new opportunities and promote adoption of the training model.
  3. Create and execute a strategic territory plan.
  4. Serve as the key contact for strategic end-users and distributor representatives, managing relationships at various levels.
  5. Support and expand existing strategic customer relationships within the geography.
  6. Engage directly with new and existing end users in Controlled Environments, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Understand customer contamination control methods and proactively sell Vileda Professional systems to address specific applications.
  8. Explore development of new products for high-volume opportunities.
  9. Track sales opportunities using CRM tools.
  10. Apply an insight-led selling approach, such as the Challenger Sale methodology.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Home office preferred in Chicagoland or nearby regions; travel within the territory estimated at 30-50%.
  2. B.S. degree preferred in Marketing, Economics, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or Microbiology.
  3. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in controlled environments or scientific/lab markets, with success in business development and new product launches.
  4. Experience working with cleanroom supply distributors and management of distribution channels.
  5. Basic knowledge of cGMP standards, cleanroom environments, and familiarity with mechanical cleaning tools and microfiber technology.
  6. Experience in launching or scaling new products/services in competitive markets, with understanding of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  7. Proficiency with CRM, LMS, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  9. Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, and creative problem-solver.
