Responsibilities:
- Work out of home office, with routine visits to Vileda Professional US HQ in Aurora, Illinois. Home office preferred in Chicagoland or within Illinois/NW Indiana/SE Wisconsin.
- Develop the commercialization strategy for launching new training services in the US; represent the US/CE business in the global training services group; collaborate with US CE territory managers to identify new opportunities and promote adoption of the training model.
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan.
- Serve as the key contact for strategic end-users and distributor representatives, managing relationships at various levels.
- Support and expand existing strategic customer relationships within the geography.
- Engage directly with new and existing end users in Controlled Environments, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand customer contamination control methods and proactively sell Vileda Professional systems to address specific applications.
- Explore development of new products for high-volume opportunities.
- Track sales opportunities using CRM tools.
- Apply an insight-led selling approach, such as the Challenger Sale methodology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Home office preferred in Chicagoland or nearby regions; travel within the territory estimated at 30-50%.
- B.S. degree preferred in Marketing, Economics, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or Microbiology.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in controlled environments or scientific/lab markets, with success in business development and new product launches.
- Experience working with cleanroom supply distributors and management of distribution channels.
- Basic knowledge of cGMP standards, cleanroom environments, and familiarity with mechanical cleaning tools and microfiber technology.
- Experience in launching or scaling new products/services in competitive markets, with understanding of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM, LMS, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, and creative problem-solver.
