The Territory Sales & Services Development Manager role combines the responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager and a Business Development Manager for Services within the Controlled Environment Market to drive sales and strategic growth. The Territory Sales Manager aspect involves directly interacting with strategic end-users, Vileda Professional internal representatives, and distributors to sell Vileda’s differentiated portfolio of cleaning systems and expand the business within a small regional Midwest territory, including up to two states. Meanwhile, the Business Development Manager component focuses on the commercialization and strategy of a training services business model, engaging in global committees and reporting in a matrix structure, including to the General Manager.
