- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED IN THE FIELD DAILY
- TRAVEL TO TRADE SHOWS -LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY
- MANAGE THE TERRITORY(S) ASSIGNED: LEADS, OPPORTUNITIES, TARGET ACCOUNTS, DEALER RELATIONSHIPS, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- MEET OR EXCEED COMPANY SALES EXPECTATIONS ON A QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL BASIS
- ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICIES AS IT RELATES TO SALES
- WORK AND COORDINATE WITH AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS TO MAXIMIZE SALES WITHIN THE DEFINED TERRITORY, TO INCLUDE REGULAR COMMUNICATION WITH DISTRIBUTOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES, JOINT PRESENTATIONS AND STRATEGY MEETINGS
- RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING CRM WITH TERRITORY INFORMATION ON A DAILY BASIS; ACCOUNTS, CONTACTS, LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES
- COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION AND IN-SERVICE OF ALL EQUIPMENT SOLD IN DEFINED TERRITORY(S)
- UPDATE DEALERS ON; PRODUCT LEAD TIME, PRODUCT UPDATES, NEW PRODUCTS, AND PROMOTIONS
- RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE MAJOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS AND ACCOUNTS IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S) SUCH AS; IDNs, GPOs, DSOs, ACOs, IPAs, PURCHASING NETWORKS, ETC.
- COORDINATE WITH CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS ON STATUS OF TERRITORY(S) ASSIGNED
- STRATEGIZE WITH SALES MANAGEMENT ON PLANS TO HIT SALES GOALS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
- COORDINATE WITH CORPORATE MARKETING TO INCREASE SALES AND HIT GOALS OF ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S)
- STAY KNOWLEDGABLE OF SALES PROCESS FOR BOTH CORPORATE AND DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF PRODUCT TO END-USER CUSTOMERS
- CONTINUOUSLY LEARNING OF CHANGES TO THE HEALTHCARE MARKETPLACE IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S), HOW HEALTH SYSTEMS, HOSPITALS AND PRIVATE PRACTICES PURCHASE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
- BE THE PRODUCT EXPERT OF THE MTI LINE FOR ALL DEALERS AND CUSTOMERS
- PERIODIC PRESENTATIONS TO CORPORATE OFFICES ON ACTIVITY AND TRENDS IN THE TERRITORY
- ASSIST IN PLANNING AND PRESENTING AT THE MTI NATIONAL SALES MEETING
