Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Proven for over 40 years in Denmark as a first-line therapy, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals to support this high-profile launch.

As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. This role offers a structured, field-based schedule and is designed for high-potential candidates who want hands‑on experience and a clear path into full‑time pharmaceutical sales.

High performers who demonstrate strong sales results and consistent execution will have the opportunity to earn their way into a full‑time role.

This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to expand into a full‑time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
• Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance‑driven environment
• Coachability – someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays

Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
