ImpactBio in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support a national product launch for Pivya® with Alembic Therapeutics. This entry-level, full-time role provides training, tools, and mentorship to build a career in pharmaceutical sales.

We seek 1–3 years of goal-driven experience, a bachelor’s degree, coachability, and willingness to travel within the territory. A valid driver’s license is required. Competitive base salary with incentives and benefits are offered.

Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You’ll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.

This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
