ImpactBio is hiring an Territory Sales Representative in San Antonio, TX to support Alembic Therapeutics with Pivya®. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; we provide training, tools, and mentorship to help you succeed in a structured sales process.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers, follow a defined plan, and travel within your territory to meet sales goals while remaining compliant with regulations.

Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You'll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy

• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachability - someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pharmaceutical experience is not required - drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
