Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative in South Manhattan to support Alembic Therapeutics and launch Pivya in the U.S. market.

No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; you’ll receive comprehensive training, tools, and mentorship while calling on healthcare providers to drive product adoption. The role focuses on building a strong sales foundation, following a proven plan, and developing long-term career growth within the life sciences industry.

Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You’ll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.

This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
