The Digital Sales Consultant – Sales Representative (DSC-SR) is responsible for driving new business and expanding digital pathology adoption within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of dermatopathology workflows, digital solutions, and EMR integration to deliver a consultative sales approach. The DSC-SR partners closely with the Digital Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success while meeting aggressive revenue and adoption goals.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and territories.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos of PathologyWatch digital solutions.
    • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics.
    • Identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions leveraging digital pathology.
    • Partner with Digital Success Specialists for onboarding and implementation.
  • Strategic Territory Management
    • Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with organizational priorities.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Core Competencies
    • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to prospect, present, and close complex deals.
    • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing EMR integration and digital platforms.
    • Consultative Approach: Ability to uncover client needs and align solutions accordingly.
    • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident in verbal and written communication.
    • Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:

    • Dermatology, pathology, or lab experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
