Job summary

Ernest in Tacoma seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive field, remote, and office sales. You will prospect, pitch, and open new accounts within Local Radius of Tacoma, WA, owning and growing them with a hunter mindset.

You’ll earn base salary plus 15% commission and car allowance, with uncapped upside. Residual income from existing accounts and a culture that values growth, teamwork, and long-term partnerships.

This is outside sales with serious upside. You’ll prospect, pitch, and open new accounts, and then own and grow them. You’ll keep earning residual income from every account you bring in. That’s right, forever.
