Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Detroit, MI area. The role focuses on growing a pre-existing customer base across BrandFX and Versalift, while delivering consultative B2B solutions in the utility, telecom, and municipal sectors.

You will manage relationships with fleet departments, collaborate with engineering and support teams, and represent the company at trade shows to generate leads. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in utility, telecom, municipal, commercial truck, heavy equipment, or fleet sales is a plus.
• Strong customer-first mindset with accountability and drive to win.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory in Michigan with BrandFX and Versalift brands, including an existing customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet departments, utility, municipal fleets, co-ops, contractors, and telecom.
• Provide consultative sales expertise to understand and exceed customer expectations.
• Explain technical details of truck-mounted equipment to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate leads.
• Use CRM tools to track sales activities and report on progress.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 5+ years of consultative outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in utility, telecom, municipal, commercial truck, heavy equipment, or fleet sales.
• Strong desire to work in a customer-first, collaborative environment while demonstrating accountability and a strong drive to win.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work a territory independently as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
