PMA USA (Performance Matters Associates, INC.) is a national company that provides insurance benefits solutions and markets voluntary insurance products. As a Sales Representative, you will identify prospective customers, meet with clients to discuss needs, present insurance proposals, and close sales while guiding clients through financial decisions.

We offer a New Agent Bonus of $400 per week for six weeks, competitive commissions, mentorship, industry-leading training, and a four-day work
