Job summary

PMA USA (Performance Matters Associates, INC.) is seeking a Sales Representative in Colorado Springs to help clients choose insurance solutions from Washington National Insurance Company.

You will meet with clients to discuss their needs, deliver presentations, close sales, and leverage our training, mentorship, and a supportive bonus program. This role emphasizes relationship-building and community impact while offering growth opportunities.

As a Sales Representative, you will:
