ITW Residential & Renovation is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. The role drives sales with lumberyards, hardware, and distribution partners, calling on HQs and locations to execute top-down and bottom-up selling strategies.
The candidate will manage on-site demos, perform market analyses, and collaborate with distributors to promote programs. Travel up to 75% is required; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of field sales are preferred.
ITW Residential & Renovation division is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative develops, maintains, and expands customer relationships within an assigned territory and is responsible for achieving sales quotas and profitability objectives. The Sales Representative represents the ITW Power Nailing, Structural Fastening, and Mechanical Fastening brands to assigned customers and drives results through the development and implementation of territory and key account plans to support national and regional sales initiatives.
This role may be based in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina.

Position requires approximately 75% travel and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 with bonus. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Company considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
