Responsibilities include developing a business plan, conducting sales to exceed targets, and managing a distributor network. This Territory Sales Representative position is responsible for the sale and support of Akron Brass, Hale products and Hurst and service/support of dealer and end-user customers, potentially for all product lines. The position’s primary focus is to be responsible for seeking out new sales opportunities for our advanced waterflow technologies, particularly: SAM, BOOST, and Smart Nozzle. Also responsible for the utilization of the planning process to identify and target opportunities in the territory with the focus on maximizing revenue and profitability. The position works out of a home office.

The compensation range for this position is $44,500.00 - $66,700.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
