2020 Companies is hiring for a Full-Time Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of Springs Window Fashions within major home improvement stores in Wilmington, DE. You will promote products, build retailer relationships, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires travel to multiple stores daily, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and excellent communication skills. Competitive hourly pay with a monthly bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandising: Maintain and set up product displays.
• Meet or exceed targets and goals.
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Drive Sales Growth within assigned retail locations.
