Job summary

2020 Companies is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to promote Springs Window Fashions products inside major home improvement retailers in Newark, NJ. The full-time role pays $22 per hour with a 10% monthly bonus and includes benefits and weekly pay.

You will build relationships with retailers, merchandise displays, meet or exceed sales targets, and travel 2–5 stores per day while delivering excellent customer service and product education.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales within home improvement or consumer goods.
• Ability to travel within territory and visit multiple stores daily.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote Springs Window Fashions products in assigned retail locations to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandise displays and optimize in-store product placement.
• Generate leads and provide product education to customers and retailers.
• Travel within territory, visiting 2–5 stores per day.
