Patterson Dental is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing dental accounts in the Portland, OR area. You will regularly contact offices within your defined territory, presenting equipment solutions and ROI details.

The role emphasizes a client-focused, business-to-business sales approach with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for career growth across North America and the U.K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred.
• A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and advance dental office accounts within the defined territory by regularly contacting offices.
• Analyze business needs, explain benefits/features of equipment and ROI, and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, orders, and sales activity; discuss emerging industry trends and performance.
• Other duties related to territory sales representational role.
