Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Pasadena, CA to drive sales and expand distribution within assigned territories. You will present proposals, inform customers about product benefits, and negotiate to increase display activity and coverage.

You will manage relationships with Retail C-Stores, prepare quotations, and utilize iPad reporting for daily sales. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company van are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow a plan-o-gram (POG).
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a commercial van.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional product presentations to current Retail customers.
• Grow market through new distribution in independent Retail C‑Stores within assigned geography.
• Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
• Achieve sales goals and enhance brand presence and merchandising.
• Attend meetings, events and trainings to stay updated.
