Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to own an exclusive Alabama territory, selling doors, openers, gates, and access solutions to homeowners and builders. You won’t rely on inbound leads; you’ll build your own book of business with uncapped commissions and a strong support team.

Based on Montgomery, AL and in the field daily, you will prospect, present tailored solutions, and close deals while maintaining CRM discipline and delivering elite service.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in residential construction or related industries.
• Must be able to prospect and build a productive territory through self‑directed effort.
• Valid driver's license and field/onsite presence required.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territorial prospecting with daily cold calls, door knocks and site visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and translate findings into tailored solutions.
• Develop high‑value relationships with homeowners and residential builders.
• Manage proposals, quotes, and deal closure using CRM and product specs.
