Position: Remote Sales Consultant – South Carolina Territory
Location: Remote (Must be based in or have deep professional experience in South Carolina)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Director of Business Development
Base Pay: $80,000 + incentives

Position Summary
We are seeking a Remote Territory Sales Manager / Consultant with deep industry experience in hospice, long-term care, or home health to support our marketing and business development team. This role serves as a subject matter expert, supporting sales conversations, building credibility with potential clients, and helping to close new business in the South Carolina territory.

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with established relationships in the healthcare sector who enjoys consultative sales and the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to assist in identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities

  • Act as an industry expert during sales presentations to educate and influence decision-makers in hospice, long-term care, and home health

  • Promote service offerings to executive and operational leaders at healthcare organizations across South Carolina

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral sources including nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospice organizations

  • Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities

  • Document interactions in CRM systems and support proposal development as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in hospice, long-term care, or home health within South Carolina

  • Proven ability to build and expand referral and provider networks

  • Familiarity with CRM/contact management tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Stable work history with verifiable sales performance

Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
