Job summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced andresults-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in roboticwelding systems for the metal structure fabrication sector.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible fordriving sales growth, building and maintaining high-level client relationships,and leading strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in industrial sales, particularly in industrial equipment, with aproven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

This position is based in the United States in order to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities;
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, includingindustry events, cold calling, and networking;
  • Develop and execute a regional strategic sales plan to targethigh-potential clients in the metal structure fabrication sector;
  • Client Relationship Management;
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makersand stakeholders within client organizations;
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on the benefits andapplications of our robotic welding systems;
  • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction throughregular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, anddemonstrations tailored to client needs;
  • Manage complex negotiations and close high-value deals;
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis;
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics;
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, andpipeline progress;
  • Regularly update management on performance, market feedback, andstrategic initiatives;
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams toalign sales strategies with business objectives;
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, andnetworking events.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or arelated field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years inthe industrial equipment sectors. Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions,within the metal structure fabrication industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explaincomplex systems;
