The ideal candidate will lead the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, providing effective training, and setting sales goals. They should understand customer needs within their territory and educate the sales team on effective sales techniques.

Position Summary

Responsible for sales in a designated geographical territory, including sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
  2. Collaborate with RSD to develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds goals for the territory.
  3. Maintain regular visits with existing customers.
  4. Work to expand the customer account base continuously.
  5. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing and new customers.
  6. Coordinate with Sales Support functions such as Customer Service, Planning, Pricing, and Claims.
  7. Stay informed about marketplace dynamics, including product trends and competitors, and report to the Regional Vice President.
  8. Complete all required sales reports promptly.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a dealer-driven environment with a proven success record.
  • Product and market knowledge.
  • Ability to work from a home office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to see projects through to completion.
