Molnlycke's Post-Acute team is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to champion our best-in-class Wound Care portfolio in the Rio Grande market (Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Southern TX). You'll be a motivated sales professional with 3+ years of medical sales experience in Post-Acute / Extended Care, ready to drive sales development within DME, long-term care, skilled nursing, & home health markets while collaborating seamlessly with distributors. Success in this position relies on your proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities, understanding distribution & 3rd party billing, and most importantly, your unwavering dedication to patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing effective customer relations within the Home Health / Post-Acute / market to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with supply/materials management, distributors, and end users within the extended health market.
  • Growing new and existing customer business within Post-Acute Care by introducing new products, presenting product information, and explaining features and distinctions.
  • Working with distributor management and sales representatives to coordinate efforts, expand opportunities, and enhance customer service.
  • Identifying and resolving customer problems.
  • Managing sales administration activities such as completing paperwork, maintaining records, preparing reports, analyzing customer data, and processing orders.

Work/Life Balance:

  • Overnight travel: 40-60%
  • Territory includes Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Odessa

The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $95,000, with eligibility for commission and car reimbursement.

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful medical device/supply experience with knowledge of the Post-Acute market and distribution channels.
  • Winning attitude, team-oriented, patient-first mindset.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentialing, including COVID-19 vaccinations if required.
