Territory Sales Manager- Payroll/HCM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, recruit and develop a sales team, and drive revenue growth in payroll and HCM solutions across various vertical markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging sales presentations and educate clients on our payroll/HCM solutions.
  2. Utilize Atlas CRM to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
  3. Build and maintain referral partnerships and networks.
  4. Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to achieve targets.
  5. Manage and grow a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold-calling, and face-to-face meetings.
  6. Support team members in sales activities and develop their skills.
  7. Maintain professional integrity and a high level of customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
  • Reside within the designated area.
  • Available to spend at least 75% of time in the field.
Compensation & Benefits

This role offers uncapped commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership, with first-year earnings averaging $90,000 to $105,000+ based on performance.
