Position Overview

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team by analyzing results, providing training, and setting strategic goals. The role requires understanding customer needs within a territory and educating the sales force on effective techniques.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive product knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with RSD to develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed targets.
  3. Maintain regular visits with existing clients and seek to expand the customer base.
  4. Communicate consistently with current and prospective customers.
  5. Coordinate with Sales Support functions such as Customer Service, Planning, Pricing, and Claims.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitors.
  7. Complete all sales reports promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a dealer-driven environment with a proven success record.
  • Strong product and market knowledge.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to completing projects.
  • Effective administrative skills, including timely reporting.
