What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Drive business expansion by increasing market share in existing accounts through strong relationship building
- Identify and prioritize customer capacity expansion opportunities and collaborate on tailored solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies that address customer needs
- Report and communicate high-value business opportunities and strategies to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries
- Bachelor's degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or a technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Must reside in the Midland, Texas or surrounding area
- Ability to travel - minimum 50% travel required
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in filtration and separation product sales
- Experience with energy transition solutions
- Familiarity with SFDC or other CRM platforms
