What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Drive market share expansion by building strong relationships with end-users and customer management
- Identify high-impact customer opportunities and collaborate on tailored solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies
- Report and communicate business opportunities and strategies to management using SFDC

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or equivalent experience
- Experience in consumables sales and capital equipment is desired
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in filtration and separation product sales
- Knowledge of energy transition solutions
- Familiarity with SFDC or other CRM platforms
