What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and analyze territory dynamics to develop effective business plans and sales strategies
- Manage assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with customers, scheduling sales calls and following up on customer needs
- Utilize CRM tools for opportunity management and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Application Scientists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Life Science field (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in molecular and/or laboratory pathology sales or field-based customer support
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Reside in California, with a preference for Southern California
- Familiarity with academic, NCCN, corporate, and government accounts in the region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment
- Established relationships within the scientific community in California
