TimberHP is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow the North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania markets. You will hunt new business and build relationships with owners, developers, builders and contractors.
You will create a territory plan, run product knowledge workshops, train staff, and drive demand using TimberHP marketing and technical resources. This is a high-velocity, uncapped earning role with base pay plus generous commissions, backed by strong benefits and opportunities
Description
At TimberHP , we're not just manufacturing wood fiber insulation, we're introducing an entirely new category of building material to North America. Our mission is rooted in innovation, environmental responsibility, and creating a workplace where people thrive. We're growing fast, and we're looking for driven, competitive sales professionals ready to grow with us.
We believe in people-first values, and it shows in a culture that celebrates teamwork, ambition, and rewarding the people who go out and make things happen.
This is a hunter's role. TimberHP wood fiber insulation is brand new to the North American market, widely used in Europe for decades, but virtually unknown here until now. That means untapped territory, wide-open relationships to build, and a product story that sells itself once builders, architects, and contractors see it in action.
As our Territory Sales Manager for North Carolina, Viriginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania, you won't be simply maintaining someone else's book of business. You’ll be adding to it and building your own. You'll introduce the product, create the buzz, generate the demand, and turn curiosity into loyal, repeat customers. The territory is yours to build, and your paycheck reflects exactly what you put into it.
Your earning potential is in your hands. This role is built for someone who wants their income to reflect their effort, not a fixed number on a pay stub. The harder you hunt, the more doors you open, and the more demand you create, the more you earn. If you're the kind of person who's energized by uncapped upside and hates being told there's a ceiling, this is your seat.
