These technologies are used by customers to improve operational efficiencies, enhance product quality, protect plant assets, minimize environmental impact, and create cleaner and safer environments.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will provide account management, product sales, as well as marketing support within the assigned territory and/or account responsibility for the Pool Solutions group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development and support of the current customer base, marketing and sales follow-up, new account acquisitions, and ongoing sales growth within Solenis' Pool Solutions group throughout. Based in LA, the territory covers the states of LA, AR, & Gulfport MS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for territory account development, sales, and support with Solenis' pool and spa customers as well as support with distribution customers.
  2. Provide analysis of sales results to customers as well as Solenis management to develop solutions that will grow sales within the current customer base and new customers.
  3. Support retail customers by providing regular sales visits, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely call reports utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) and report back to management with key information acquired during sales visits.
  5. Recommend and provide marketing/product support as needed to the customer such as promotional material, store displays, and advertising support.
  6. Utilize MS Office, Tableau, and other sales software programs to create presentations, track market conditions, and provide customer support and sales data.
  7. Attend and participate in local and/or national trade shows, local association groups, and internal/external meetings to learn and promote the Solenis product line.
  8. Comply with Corporate, Group, and Location policies & procedures.
  9. Additional duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Requirements:

  1. BS Degree in business or job-related discipline.
  2. Minimum (3) years sales experience.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of the swimming pool and spa industry (preferred).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analysis and presentation skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  8. Directly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior sales person.
  9. Travel in and around territory with approximately 40% overnight travel.
