Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Michigan is seeking a result-driven sales professional to represent our brand portfolio to multi-location hospitality customers, build productive relationships with decision makers, and drive revenue.

You will lead account planning, collaborate with field sales to deploy training, monitor performance, and ensure every customer's needs and expectations are met. Salary ranges from $62,000 to $88,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Tempur Sealy and its portfolio to assigned hospitality customers.
• Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
• Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
• Coordinate with the customers and the Tempur Sealy field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees.
• Ensure that all the customers' needs and expectations are met.
• Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
