Shuster's Building Components, a millwork/door manufacturer and distributor, seeks a Salesperson to manage the State College territory and drive growth across interior and exterior door units.

The role emphasizes outside sales, training customers on our proprietary ordering software, and building market share with strong networking and scheduling skills. This is a full-time position with base plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to teach and train customers.
• Residency in the State College area.
• Outside sales experience preferred; training possible for the right candidate.
• Ability to train customers in the proprietary ordering software.
• Strong people skills and networking ability.
• Ability to manage daily/weekly schedules to complete tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the State College territory as territory manager for a millwork/door manufacturer.
• Develop sales opportunities and maintain market share.
• Train and educate customers on ordering software.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily.
