Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to track performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting performance goals will be key aspects of your role, requiring strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports, ensuring goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.
Qualifications for Success:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and performance tracking.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch, with 80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
