Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You'll foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to track performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you'll provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate deals that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring seamless project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and achieving performance goals through effective time management in a dynamic environment.

This is an ongoing posting, allowing interested individuals to express interest for future openings in various cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identify prospects, and convert leads into high-value projects.
  • Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a solution-oriented approach to offer competitive pricing and negotiate terms.
  • Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate performance reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support team members.
What You Need for Success:
  • Persistent & Driven: Results-oriented with a motivation to meet challenging targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales performance.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume transactional sales; leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
