Job summary

Lugg is seeking a Salt Lake City-based Sales Representative to expand our on-demand moving and delivery platform. You will visit local businesses, present benefits, and convert interest into active usage, driving growth in the Salt Lake City metro area.

Role is full-time with a 1-month contract-to-hire, mileage reimbursement, health benefits, and commission opportunities after conversion. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, with Spanish fluency a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Spanish fluency is a big plus.
• Full-time, contract-to-hire (1-month contract followed by full-time W-2 employment with benefits).
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile.
• Health benefits and commission opportunities after full-time conversion.
