Philip Morris International's Swedish Match North America division seeks a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in London, Kentucky. You will drive item distribution, promotions, merchandising, and inventory while building data-driven presentations for retailers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have FMCG sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication, analytics, and planning abilities in a hybrid work environment, within a global organization.

To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities in London,Kentucky.

Your Day- To- Day

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including:

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math
• Must reside within the assigned territory
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
