Position Overview

The company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager. This is a remote role with travel across the territory. The company offers a competitive base salary, strong commission plan, comprehensive benefits, and a strong car package.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site product training, demonstrations, and presentations to customers, builders, contractors, commercial landscapers, and dealers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Manage a pull-through sales model, driving demand through both end users and distribution partners.
  • Track and report sales activities in an organized manner using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet territory and company goals.
  • Overnight travel- NONE.
Qualifications
  • 2–10 years of sales experience, ideally in outside sales.
  • Proven success working with both end users and dealers/distributors would be helpful.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executives as well as work hands-on in the field.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and adaptable.
